可以和php相互通用的 JS base64 函数集合

经常使用js用url get方式传参时,有时需要传http地址内容,需要先将get参数中的http内容进行转码才好进行传输,否则会出现断参的情况。。。。
对接语言是php,所以需要js参数base64后php能无缝对接解密。
